Letting go of pain and stop suffering

Separation from one’s Creature is a very difficult and often traumatic time. Even if she has reached the peak of her days the pain pierces the heart.
In some cases, knowing that we have to end its life, even in the presence of enormous suffering. makes us feel guilty.

For years, experts in the field have successfully adopted a simple but very powerful method.

Basically, the person who needs to resolve the trauma of separation must:

1- write down on a sheet of paper all the emotions he or she feels. Example, “Your death makes me sick, I always cry, etc.”

2- Read aloud twice a day what you wrote in the paper. Repeat the reading for two days.

3 – On the second day after reading for the second time take the paper and burn it, or tear it up and throw it away.

In this way you will empty out the emotions that cause you pain.
